Brake Pads & Discs Replacement
Brake pads wear down with use, and brake discs can thin, score, or warp due to heat. We replace worn pads and discs as axles sets to ensure balanced braking. Our brake service includes cleaning the hub assembly to prevent runout, lubricating slider pins to avoid sticking, and installing new hardware clips.
Brake Caliper Refurbishment
A sticking or seized brake caliper causes uneven braking, pulling to one side, and rapid pad wear. We service and rebuild sticky calipers, replacing pistons and rubber seals, or fit brand new replacements where necessary to ensure smooth and balanced operation.
Brake Fluid Bleed & Flush
Brake fluid is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air over time. This moisture lowers the boiling point of the fluid, leading to a spongy brake pedal and reduced braking force under heavy use. It also corrodes internal components. We recommend a brake fluid flush every 2 years, bleeding the entire system and refilling with fresh DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 fluid.
ABS Diagnostics
If your ABS warning light is on, your anti-lock braking system is disabled. We connect state-of-the-art diagnostic scanners to read fault codes, test ABS wheel speed sensors, and replace faulty sensors or modules to restore complete emergency stopping control.
